I realise now the blondies I was trying to make were actually white chocolate brownies, and not really blondies. And that was where I was going wrong. White chocolate doesn’t melt and react the same as dark chocolate, so white chocolate brownies were never really going to work. Also, even though I have a very sweet tooth, even I struggled to eat them.
