There were a number of speakers the other night who addressed the Village Board in reference to the operations of the Village Justice Court. Those speakers ranged from officers of the Court to members of the community who have either witnessed or participated in court proceedings. Not one of them raised these concerns. In fact, not one of them raised any concerns regarding any aspects of the Court's operations at all. So, if this were an actual "real" or even perceived issue outside of someone's political campaign, then surely someone would have stepped forward to give a fact-based narrative that supports this claim of "inaccessibility."
