Should I be watching these visuals, or should I try to shield myself from things which, once seen, cannot be unseen?

This is a question I ask myself; I want to know enough to know what is going on, and to desensitize myself sufficiently so that I can function and cope (and hopefully be somewhat effective in.... "not complying" ;) )

But I need to be careful not to push it too far. I don't want to be demoralized. This stage of the war ramping up is potentially, exponentially more dangerous to our psyches.

That is my way of saying I greatly appreciate those who are volunteering to be on the front lines to watch and listen and be sentries and witnesses to the brunt of this atrocious brutality.... we can each do what we can, what we are capable of, what we have the stomach for. All of us working together to bring awareness to ALL the bits and pieces of this evil is how we will achieve our win.
