This Bare HEARTS today feels so incredibly right, like just what we all need for this holiday season of rebirth and hope, for Spring, for the state of things in general and our overly working minds. Justyna is the youngest Bare HEARTer I have invited so far. And without saying too much (I really want you to read it, interiorize all the beauty here, and join the conversation), I am telling you that her words are going to lighten you up on all levels. This is our renewal, rebirth, time for renovation - nothing to repair (we aren’t broken!), but so much to restore and improve.

I cannot think of anything we need more as individuals and as a collective than to return to simplicity. Every aspect of life is waiting for this type of surrender.
