What’s it take for content to create actual demand?
I’ve built a seven-part diagnostic. Honestly, it’s the basics: 5 fixes in this order:
fundamentals - ICP, buyer personas, jobs-to-be-done, messaging etc.
narrative - do you have a story that pulls in the ideal buyer?
depth - is your content deep, meaningful… share-worthy?
clarity - is your content digestable, convenient, enjoyable, heaven forbid: fun? …share-worthy?
quality AND consistency - Are you showing up with great stuff regularly on the channels that matter?

The ingredients needed but not enough for breakthrough reach, attention, demand creation. You need two other components:
stacking - are you building Waves for important content?
distribution - do you have content/media partners, employees that help distribute?
