"Drink water. Go for a walk."
That's obvious advice, but it’s not helpful.
It's a way to feel like you're doing something without changing anything.
Real change doesn't start with a gentle nudge. It starts with honesty so uncomfortable it makes you angry.
Angry enough to delete the apps. Cut the person. Quit the thing you've been half-doing for a long time.
Comfort is the enemy of change. Not the cause of it.
