AI-first is the right direction. But for global companies, architecture alone is not enough.
Inspired by Shiji’s latest press release, I wrote a short article about a point that is still underestimated in many discussions about AI transformation:
Real maturity requires not only strong technology foundations, but also strong compliance maturity.
That means much more than technical implementation. It means the ability to understand local requirements, organize internal processes, centralize knowledge and tools, monitor changes, and maintain compliance across the entire organization.
For international platforms, this is essential.
