Tucker = Net Present EBITDA Value of $X

Tucker = Cost of Salaries and Settlements of $Y

If X < Y, Terminate

If old man gets dragged through mud and personally embarrassed, Terminate with Malice

And when these people act with malice, they really get in the gutter.
