Losing one's rag or flying off the handle is very easy to do, especially when you have to put up with showing a health code to security guards at entrances to school premises here. I've just done it (lost my rag) - again. My father had a pretty bad temper as did a lot of his family, so l get it from him. None of us are perfect.
