Buyer behavior lesson I learned the hard way:

A handwritten thank you note in a package hits different than a printed insert. Every. Single. Time.

It’s a psychological pull that never disappoints the buyer, and it's the kind of thing I geek out about while also trying to sell print-on-demand shirts on Shopify.

One of the downsides to running a print in demand shop through Printify is that I cannot send these note with the packages (they do the fulfillment) and it’s the only negative thing I can say about the process.
