I restarted my Substack about 45 days ago after a 6 month hiatus from the platform.

My open rate is a little lower, but not terribly.

My total subscribers is declining slowly because I’m dropping a little more than I’m adding each week.

My notes were getting traction, but now they’ve gone a little cold.

Stay. The. Course.

My content has shifted a little and it’s entirely possible that the algorithm has no idea who to put me in front of right now. The best I can do is stay on point and the system will course correct… hopefully.
