What is smartness? What is intelligence? As soon as I think that I have a fix on this, the smart and intelligent ones confound me by acting very stupidly.

But I keep thinking this, more war derails the cash flows necessary to restructure the Western World. Especially so since the United States does not have the industrial capacity as in the mid-twentieth century. China does, which is sort of the point of any restructuring. But what do I know?
