We need cells of individualists. Follow the model used by the French Resistance in WW2. Each cell operates on it's own. There are a limited number of coordinators who know the overall strategy and goal, and only a few of those know the full picture. Then go after them. Disrupt, protest, argue, expose the lies, strike, don't comply. Use peaceful means.
