I’ve been reflecting on goals today during my lunch break.

Helping my clients achieve their goals and visualize what success looks and feels like for them is often the best part of my day as a practicing rehab professional and PT coach.

So I’m curious, whats your vision for 2026?

When I look back on a previous goal I had achieved, I can still visualize every part of it today. This is how I build a successful blueprint to follow, and by sharing it becomes repeatable for others to follow.

In fact, I thought it might be fun if you can guess what that goal was if I described it in detail.

🤨Here it goes:

I start on Main Street in the rural New England town of Hopkinton and follow Route 135 through Ashland, Framingham, Natick and Wellesley to wear Route 135 joins Route 16. I continue along Route 16 through Newton Lower Falls turning right at the fire station onto Commonwealth Avenue, which is Route 30. I then follow Commonwealth Avenue through the Newton Hills, bearing right at the reservoir onto Chestnut Hill Ave. to Cleveland Circle. I then turn left onto Beacon Street continuing through Brookline, Kenmore Square and under Massachusetts Avenue via Commonwealth Avenue. Finally I then turn briefly onto Hereford Street and take a short left onto Boylston Street and I finish at the Boston Public Library near Copley Square.
