Feel compelled to restack this today, the second Friday in January, also known in some media circles as ‘Quitter’s Day’. This is the day people are predicted to abandon their set resolutions.
Well don’t quit! Because if you quit you lose. Have faith and hope, but hope alone is not a plan. Have a plan, then a backup plan not to quit.
Have a backup plan for home you stick to when the act of actually getting to the gym seems hard for any and all reason (aka excuse) you give.
🏡Your body + gravity can be your own machine while at home so you don’t wander from your well intentioned 💪plan. So have one for a few home routines too!
