How do I access the emails of people who have ‘unsubscribed’ from my Substack newsletters?

Currently, Substack does not offer a way to view a list of people who have ‘unsubscribed’ from our publication. However, we can regularly export the list of subscribers to keep track of who is subscribed. This will help to get an idea of who has unsubscribed over time. But it can be tedious work, in this age of automation.

I imagine that with other platforms you can find out more easily. Or not?
