One of the biggest life hacks I’ve learned is to cut the mental struggle. Earlier in my life, when I had something to do, like cooking or a boring task, I would start to suffer in my mind. I would sit down and scroll my phone as a kind of preparation before starting the task. I wasted hours and overestimated how much time I actually needed. Today, I cut the mental suffering and go into action immediately. It’s shocking how much you can accomplish when you act instead of debating the next step in your mind.
