There is no single perfect fitness solution.
That is why I cover all three elements that matter:
Weight lifting: 2 to 3 sessions per week, 45 min each
Running: 4 to 5 sessions per week, zone 2, tempo, sprints, 45 to 120 min
Yoga, stretching, balance: 4 to 5 sessions per week, 10 to 60 min
It sounds like a lot. It is a lot.
But I do not negotiate on any of it. I plan my day around fitness and sleep, not the other way around.
