completely agree regarding everything but climate change's hand. I think the WEF is basically the inevitable outcome of corporate legal structure as it evolved in the US over the last 150 years. Corporations are essentially immune to prosecution (there is not corporate death penalty anymore, though there once was!), and designed to ignore all ethical and moral considerations in favor of shareholder return. Through our retirement investments and a thousand different other methods, most of us have been fueling this fire that now threatens to destroy us. I hope we'll recognize this fact before that happens, but I'm not optimistic.
