There will be times in life that you will struggle with something so heavy or anxiety so intense that you'll lose your ability to carry anything else for a little while: responsibility, creative thought, useful work.
Let yourself go.
Wander around the house mulling over whatever is looming ahead of you. Don't push yourself. The fear will subside and you'll know when it's time to get back to work.
