New VICE coming soon. I came of age reading free copies of VICE from the skate shop in the Covered Market in Oxford, and, later, learning about electronic music on Viceland while working on the front desk of a library, and when i-D was bought by VICE Media, back when the company was valued at billions of dollars and vaunted as the future of news media, even found myself working in the large, open-plan offices for a couple years, upstairs, next to Boiler Room, until I decided to leave after my company phone was taken away and I was called in for a couple meetings with HR, and so, it is a massive honor to open this forthcoming Not the Photo Issue of VICE magazine in conversation with one of my great inspirations, Adam Curtis.
