Thought it was finally time for me to introduce myself properly here…

For over 20 years, I lived in the world of corporate IT.

I was a consultant and project manager at places like KPMG and PwC to name a few. My days were about systems, processes, and managing complex projects.

Then, at 43, I walked away from that world.

I had a different blueprint in my head. One built not on software, but on stories.

The dream wasn’t just to be around books—it was to be a partner to the people who create them.

So I did the only thing I knew how to do: I took my project management skills… and pointed them at the beautiful chaos of publishing.

I traded system migrations for story arcs. Project plans for publishing timelines. Stakeholder management for author support.

I learned the entire publishing ecosystem, inside and out. Became a partner to my authors, not just a service provider. Built a business from the ground up. Helped bring over 300 books into the world.

Now, at 54: I’m a publishing partner, editor, and guide. I help authors navigate the journey from messy first draft to finished book. I run this newsletter, where I share my love for writing, editing, and the world of books. My world is built on author dreams.

You’re never too far down one path to choose another. It’s never too late to rewrite your own story.

Your skills are a launchpad, not a cage.

The next chapter is unwritten—and you hold the pen.
