For five hours this afternoon I worked on writing a book proposal for my memoir manuscript. Here I am with two degrees under my belt, a long career as a psychotherapist and what I thought was a good grasp of how to write just about anything; but now I find myself on a steeper learning curve than I’ve experienced in many years. Even writing the book seemed easier than this! (I’m exaggerating, of course, but this is hard stuff!)
