We made a difficult decision in May to reduce the amount of writing we shared with our audience. As a tradeoff we focused on increasing the quality and value of each post.
What we learned is
People prefer fewer posts not because they don’t like the content but because they have so little time.
Our readers started to feel guilty because they couldn’t read all of our newsletters. We never want you to associate the feeling of guilt with our work.
Reducing the frequency of posts means we had to find other ways to share our information. We increased the amount of short form video we share on social media.
