Building Decode Econ alongside my students is one of the best parts of my job. It's exactly the kind of experience I want prospective NKU Haile College of Business students and their families to know about.

Jonathan Marx , Claire Maddox, Frannie Staley, and Ben Warburton aren't just learning economic theory and business foundations in a classroom. They're sitting in on the decisions businesses make and turning that into content thousands of people read and watch.

They are learning how to navigate markets, communicate to different audiences, and apply the lessons they have learned in our classrooms to help grow our reach.

This is what economics and business education should look like: students doing the work, not just studying it. Experiential learning at its best!
