Oh it is ABSOLUTELY frustrating. I have a book that was legitimately transferred to me by the author. All agreed that I'm the publisher, etc. However, in the process they broke the data record underneath and I need to fight for weeks to get anything done with that book. I'm very close to pulling it down, assigning a new ISBN and starting over. Just don't want to lose the reviews. It *is* possible to transfer the POD to Ingram, but that has its own delays and insanity. Because why would ANYTHING in this industry be EASY???
