I have a friend who manages three rental properties near a university in our city. I have another friend who runs a digital business and lives in Thailand. I’d expect to say that the latter buddy is calmer. But his business also has ups and downs. He just knows it’s what he loves to do and he’s ready to work through those ups and downs. This tells me that success isn’t a fancy business with a laptop on the beach, but something you’re willing to suffer through that in addition makes you money.
