In other words, the person most likely to stop the group from driving straight into a ditch is usually the first one everyone wants to duct-tape to a chair or the one the university threatens to expel for creating a better scheduling platform for students.

Here’s to the constructive rabble-rousers, the compliance experts, the risk managers, the analysts, the Debbie Downers: everyone else can have their tedious meetings, but WE know that going beyond politics & niceties to focus on the mission is necessary, even if it doesn’t make the most friends (it does make for finding the BEST of friends, fwiw!).
