I still love Flavor Paper’s Brooklyn toile wallpaper (Beastie Boys’ Mike Diamond contributed to the design, originally created for his brownstone more than a decade ago), but—selfishly—I’d love to see an update.

A few additions to consider (pls share yours!):

– Grand Army Plaza’s arch, in honor of NYC’s most preposterous roundabout

– A Peter Pan donut

– Caribbean dancers from the West Indian Day Parade

– A Roberta’s pizza box or the Lucali façade (how was this not in the original?)

– Jane’s Carousel

– Sunny’s Bar, because Red Hook deserves representation

–a hand-painted bodega awning with slightly unhinged typography
