What fresh hell is "under-babied"?

It means that women are not being cooperative and having enough babies, more specifically though, white women are not having enough babies to keep that old dinosaur white supremacy from dying the painful, horrible death it has coming.

There's no such thing as under babied. It's a made up word and a made up concept.

"Under" suggests that there is a prescribed amount of babies that the government thinks a woman should be having, and white American women are failing.

They are not meeting the quota.

This is eugenics talk dressed up in 'pro-natalist' clothing. The folks running this shit show want more white women to have babies, while at the same time gutting reproductive health for poor women and Black women, deporting every Brown woman they can, and questioning birthright citizenship.

Not all that long ago, they used to sterilize women without their consent. Fannie Lou Hammer called it a Mississippi appendectomy. Black women, immigrant women, Indigenous women, poor women, women with mental health issues. You name it.

That is, doctors and the state were choosing who should get to have kids.

This is no different, but crueler--to all women. Black and Brown mothers who are already dying and suffering will die and suffer more. All women, including the white women will find their options narrowed further and further. Health care, abortion, birth control, the labor market, higher education, voting.
