Certainly, altering DNA as the shots do is a crime against our Creator. No one can vaccinate you against God however; that would be taking away your free will and even the king of devils knows he can't do that.
The trick is realising that God is seen through the internal eye, the pineal gland, the 'Eye of God' as it is called. It releases melatonin for a good nights sleep.
