Here is a decadent chocolate recipe for tomorrow from Naples.
The name Sanguinaccio- Sangue means blood.
In Tuscany, is a crepe made from pigs blood, served with sugar or parmigiano cheese. DELICIOUS.
In Naples, it’s for Carnevale and is a dense chocolate pudding, made without eggs.
I garnished mine with mini chocolate chips and candied orange zest.
It’s perfect to dip your fried dough cookies in, like the Spanish do with Churros.
