More leftovers for lunch.

I used the leftover sauce from the ossobuco yesterday on pasta today.

In Italian, you might call it sugo di ossobuco scappato.

Runaway ossobuco sauce.

Many dishes cook meat in a tomato based sauce and remove the meat to serve as the main course and the enriched tomato sauce is used on the pasta as a first course.

I also found a piece of beef in the leftover sauce!!
