That is untrue. Someone with XY chromosomes and complete androgen insensitivity syndrome IS a female - and far more so than me, as I have XX chromosomes but my body CAN respond to testosterone, so I'll bulk up and gain muscle if I take it.

There is far more to sexual phenotype than mere chromosome count!
