The Dominican Writers Conference 2026 is now accepting proposals.

🗓 May 1–3, 2026

📍 John Jay College, NYC

This year’s theme, Reclaiming Our Palabras, centers language, voice, and storytelling on our own terms.

We’re seeking proposals for panels, workshops, and interactive writing sessions across genres and career stages. Proposals may be in English, Spanish, or bilingual. You do not need to be Dominican to apply, but panel proposals must include at least one Dominican participant.
