I have 2 friends I meet up with quarterly; we call our get-togethers “Man Meets.”

One friend likes to send out a docket before we get together.

It’s a great practice, as it sets the tone and primes the conversation (plus if your friends are as goofy as mine, it reminds you how fun it’s going to be).

I’ve taken up this practice, and I’m grabbing drinks with another friend later.
