What a week it has been. Fashion week is in full force and I have been running around to shows and loving every moment of it. There is something so inspiring about the energy, creativity and chaos of it all.
But amongst the late nights and packed schedules, it has also reminded me how important the small intentional habits are. The little things that keep me grounded and feeling my best, especially when routine goes out the window.
A few non-negotiables that have genuinely been my saviour this week:
Morning sunlight first thing
Finding time for a 20 minute walk
Adding electrolytes to my water
Practising gratitude every day
Choosing healthier options, even when it’s takeaway
When rest is compromised, I really rely on proper fuel and hydration to get me through. Life does not always allow for the perfect routine every night, and I truly believe in the 80/20 approach because sometimes living a full life means stepping away from the usual routine and embracing the moment.
Balance will always look different week to week, but taking care of yourself in small ways really adds up.
