The home for great culture

Can we stop the obsession with frameworks and processes? This is bullshit.

Itโ€™s like a chef focusing on creating a perfect recipe without having the necessary ingredients.

๐ŸŽฏ Teams try to be agile but have neither a vision nor a goal.

๐Ÿš€ Companies long for high-performing teams, while leadership has no intention of empowering anyone.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ C-level encourages product discovery while crafting yearly roadmaps.

๐Ÿ”ƒ Teams search for better prioritization methods while strategy is absent or pointless.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Management talks about measuring outcomes while holding teams accountable for outputs.

๐Ÿ“Š Leadership wants teams to create value while forcing teams to meet arbitrary deadlines.

Seriously? This is nonsenseโš ๏ธ

Like a chef, when ingredients are missing, you cannot get an outstanding dish no matter what.

Agile frameworks will dramatically fail without vision, goals, strategy, trust, and empowerment. First, get the ingredients right, then figure out how to use them.
