I hate social media!😡
When I was in high school and college, if I wanted to connect with friends the only “social media” we had was getting together and sharing mixtapes or teen magazines. 😅
I’ve spent years on and off of social media platforms trying to figure out why I’ve never enjoyed it like 95% of the population seems to. I still don’t know the answer to that.
But I heard of Substack and it seemed different. I’m a newbie here… just a couple of months in!
Within days of joining, Substack Campfire came onto my radar. 👀
Within mere weeks, I went from knowing nothing about Substack to understanding it on a deep level including:
Why it’s truly an original platform with a different culture than others
Why THIS moment is an ideal time to be apart of it
How much control writers have over their piece of the platform’s pie, and
How to use it to make money AND make a big social impact
I’m so grateful to and for their lessons, high energy, and approachability. I can only imagine how amazing future versions of their program will be!
I didn’t post everyday like I should have because I struggle with perfectionism and comparisons to others.😣 But I did check in and comment on other’s posts daily.
And I gotten my first few subscribers! 😊
Honestly, I would’ve been happy with just 1 subscriber. But now I’m aiming for my first 100, equipped with new energy and valuable lessons!
And I got to connect with the incredible which has been a win in and of itself. 🙏🏽
I can’t recommend Substack Campfire program enough!! The community is so supportive and the teachers are doing exactly what they’re meant to be doing.
Cheers y’all!
