DNA methylation was better in those who took a multivitamin according to a recent research study.

So, their biologic aging looked better on paper (or in a petri dish) but every study we have shows no overall health effects of taking multivitamins and most other supplements.

So you can take it but don’t assume that any improved biomarkers also mean improved health.

For improved health, the king & queen remain nutrition & exercise.
