“the best thing my therapist told me was…..” then go on to quote something written by an AI who is clearly not a therapist and by the way not even allowed to offer therapeutic advise now.
It’s often very well meaning, but completely not what a therapist would say or offer advice on. Sometimes it’s also factually incorrect which can be harmful.
There are enough therapists on here offering advice so my preference is to let them speak for themselves? Do we really need AI to do our job? Especially when they aren’t even human, and can’t feel or empathise with us.
I wish people would instead just be honest and say “one of the best things AI said a therapist would say is …..” now that would make me subscribe to that person! 😂
Please if you have posted this and meant it then I’m not against that at all. I’ve just seen a lot of posts lately that are very generic therapeutic advice, I’m not sure why I’m getting them so much now 🤔 Damn algorithm.
