Screen time is a bit like ‘duct tape’. Holding moments of your day together to let you manage the juggle of parenting. Screen time isn’t bad, but using it with intention and meaningfully is important because little ones under 5 are doing important work developing skills, learning to socialise and starting to make sense of their feelings. And all of these things happen when we engage children in real world play. But that’s doesn’t have to mean you need to be present in play all the time. I show you how to engage your little ones in play to let you get on with what needs to happen in my newsletter (with a special edit of my favourite items)
