I am sorry to say that she does, Harris, have a problem speaking...she cannot form sensible sentences and it may be a neurological issue...a real condition and thats ok, some have this...the issue is she cannot be POTUS. if 45 degenerates in his Presidency, I will call for his removal...this is not about sycophancy, this is about right vs wrong and rule of law and doing what is best for America.
