I agree as to sooner swearing in. but there is so much information and power to be transferred, many many things, day by day, it takes that over 2 months. no doubt in crisis things happen in hours but this is a orderly transfer. you are over target on the Russian General. there will be hell to pay, Putin will not take that easily. why should he, he must rain hell now on them who did that. if some nation killed a US general, I would want us to vaporize that nation.
