So what is stopping a NOLA repeat event with the people still in charge in NOLA...Mayor. Chief of Police, FBI Special Agent in Charge, etc.. nothing. Thats is the root cause for the event. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IN DECISION MAKING POLITICAL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Any bets that the first "genius level" security recommemdation will be to put the removable anti-vehicle hardened barriers back in place... you know... the same ones used previously except not this time since the barriers were being repaired.
