Ephesians 4:18 NLT‬

[18] Their minds are full of darkness; they wander far from the life God gives because they have closed their minds and hardened their hearts against him.

Yesterday we learnt that as believers should not live the way gentiles do, starting from their "thinking", they have a futile mind. Today we will be looking at why their mind is futile, empty and doesn't result to anything good or positive.

The answer is clear their mind is full of darkness. This clearly means a mind that is full of darkness will result to a futile thinking.

Why is their mind full of darkness? they wander far from the life God gives, closing their minds and hearts against him.

When we don't have a relationship with God, when we shut the door of our heart against him our mind gradually becomes darkened. A darkened mind will yield to a futile thought.

Open ur heart to him today,
