Currently writing up one of the most attractive setups I’ve found on the OTC:
A tiny, overlooked company is selling a loss-making subsidiary for more than its entire enterprise value.
This subsidiary has been a major drag on profitability for years, so the divestiture will materially improve the company’s earnings power going forward.
While the transaction has already been announced and payment has been received, it is not yet reflected in the company’s financials.
This means the stock is completely undiscovered, letting you purchase the company at a negative enterprise value and 4x EBIT.
The stock has zero mentions online and is invisible to screeners, meaning the only investors who know about this have found the stock going through the entire exchange.
If you are interested, Subscribe and Comment and I will DM you the stock.
