Today was chest and arms because I've been so god damn inconsistent the last couple weeks with work and camping I had to start with something I enjoy
I started with warmups for rotator cuffs, stretches and wrist rolly thingys to strenthen them
Then i did overhand ez curls
3 sets to failure of 88 (i think) pounds
Shoulder press with the ez curl bar. 3 sets to failure also 88 lbs
Bench press. Warmup of 100, 135, then 3 working sets of 180 ×6. First set was 8 but I didn't have a spotter so I took it down to 6
Arm curls. Just kinda spammed them between sets. Did drop sets of arm curls cause I just love doing them
Tricep extention pulldown things
Lateral raises.
Then I sat in the hot tub for an hour
Tomorrow is cardio and core..
