What good posture signals:

✅ Physical confidence
✅ High status — subconscious biological assessment
How to fix it structurally:
1️⃣ Heavy deadlifts — erector and spine alignment
2️⃣ Face pulls — correct internal shoulder rotation
3️⃣ Rucking — posture under load
4️⃣ Hip flexor work — fix anterior pelvic tilt
You cannot consciously hold it all day. Train the structures that do it automatically.
