I adore Elizabeth Gilbert so when she asked me to contribute a love letter to myself to share with her incredible community of course I said yes. I didn’t really want to do it (this is deeply confronting) but I’m grateful I did (it was deeply rewarding). I think I just might take up this practice myself.
